You are the person who decides what happens on site each morning and who answers for it each evening. You will run one large project or two smaller ones, managing subcontractors, materials, and the weekly report that goes to the client.
We do not ask site managers to absorb bad drawings quietly. If the documentation is wrong, you escalate it, we fix it, and the architect learns from it.
Site safety is a hard requirement, not a form to sign. You will run toolbox talks, keep the site tidy, and stop work when it is not safe to continue — and you will be backed when you do.
Run our active sites day to day — sequencing trades, holding the quality line, and making sure the thing that gets built is the thing that was drawn.
