About the Role

We are running two villa projects and a wellness retreat in Bali, and we want a quantity surveyor based there rather than flying in. You will measure the works, price them, and check every progress claim against what is actually built.

This is a two-year contract with a view to a permanent role if the Bali portfolio keeps growing.

What You Will Do

1Prepare bills of quantities and cost plans from architectural and structural drawings.
2Run tenders, analyse subcontractor bids, and recommend awards.
3Verify monthly progress claims against site measurement before payment.
4Price variation orders and maintain the cost report for each project.
5Close out final accounts and capture the cost data for future estimates.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
At least four years of QS experience on building projects.
Confident taking off quantities from drawings, by hand or software.
Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Quantity Surveyor

Build Spaces Worth Standing In

We are architects, designers, and builders who care about how a space feels once the scaffolding comes down. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
