About the Role

You will run three to five projects at once, each with its own budget, programme, and client. Your job is to see problems a month before they arrive and to tell the client the truth when they do.

This is a commercial role as much as a technical one. You will price variations, negotiate with suppliers, and defend the margin without letting the quality slip.

What You Will Do

1Own the budget and programme for each project in your portfolio, from proposal to final account.
2Chair weekly internal reviews and monthly client progress meetings.
3Price and negotiate variation orders, and keep the change log current.
4Manage the procurement schedule and hold suppliers to their delivery commitments.

What We Are Looking For

At least six years managing design and build or fit-out projects.
A track record of delivering projects within five percent of budget.
Strong commercial judgement and comfort with contracts and variation pricing.
Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Calm under pressure and direct in a difficult client meeting.
