Interiors are where our projects are won or lost. You will work from the architectural shell inwards, deciding how people move through a space, what they touch, and how the light lands at four in the afternoon.
You will spend real time with suppliers and workshops. We specify a lot of custom joinery, and knowing what a particular carpenter can and cannot do is part of the job.
Our interior designers sit in the same room as the site team. When a fabricator raises a problem with your detail, you hear about it the same week and you get to solve it, rather than discovering the workaround at handover.
