About the Role

We build what we design, so a clash we miss in the model becomes a wall someone has to knock down. You will own the federated model, run coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP, and hold everyone to one set of standards.

This is a new role. You will be writing the BIM execution plan we do not have yet, and you will have the authority to enforce it.

What You Will Do

1Set and maintain the BIM execution plan, templates, families, and naming standards.
2Federate architectural, structural, and MEP models and run clash detection each week.
3Chair coordination meetings and track every clash through to resolution.
4Train the design team on the standards and review models before they are issued.

What We Are Looking For

At least four years working in Revit on building projects, including coordination duties.
Hands-on with Navisworks or BIM Collaborate for clash detection.
Able to read structural and MEP drawings well enough to judge a real clash from a false one.
Comfortable holding senior colleagues to a standard.
